Cancel your contract

You can cancel here without signing in and without giving a reason. It takes two steps, and we email you a written confirmation straight away.

You are giving ordinary notice to end your evvnly Plus contract at the earliest possible date. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

The email address you paid with, or the order reference from your Paddle receipt.

We send the written confirmation to this address.

Subscribed inside the Android app? That subscription is billed by Google, so it has to be cancelled in the Play Store on your phone.

Bought within the last 14 days? You can withdraw instead.
